1) Ako prvé si stiahneme binárku HLDS:
wget http://storefront.steampowered.com/download/hldsupdatetool.bin
2) Nastavíme jej práva na spustenie:
chmod +x hldsupdatetool.bin
3) Spustíme hldsupdatetool.bin:
./hldsupdatetool.bin
4) Pri rozbalovaní odsúhlasime licenčné podmienky
5) Teraz sme súbory rozbalili, vytvoril sa nám súbor “steam”, nastavíme mu práva na spustenie:
chmod +x steam
6) Spustíme aktualizáciu:
./steam -command update -game cstrike -dir .
7) Spustíme hlds:
./hlds_run -game cstrike -autoupdate +maxplayers 40 +map de_aztec
